Great property in a great location for Broadstairs beach and the town. The hosts were very thoughtful and left us lots of nice extra items and were very accommodating to our early check in requests.

Wow! What a place!!! We have just stayed at this amazing property in broadstairs for 3 nights. The house is a home from home. We stay in Broadstairs every year and always book apartments close to the beach and this is by far the best one we have found. The house is beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into every single bit of it. The lovely owners left us some goodies to arrive to, which is thoughtful and so handy! They were so accommodating to us during our stay. We travelled with a two year old who absolutely loved the front garden area and there is a bunch of toys, board games and colouring pens provided by the owners which was a lovely touch for children. Deck chairs are also provided which made the evening in the garden so comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is immaculate and well equipped and has a lovely dining area to enjoy dinners altogether. The living area was also lovely and very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has the cutest little outdoor patio space. Decorated lovely and lots of solar lights so when it’s dark it’s all light up. The master bedroom was insane! Nice huge comfortable bed and a lovely balcony with beautiful views. The whole property is light and spacious and in all honestly we didn’t want to leave!!! We cannot wait to return and thank you so much for having us!

Location was excellent. The accommodation was ideal, very clean and comfortable. Lots of additions such as milk, butter, cookies and bread. Everything was fabulous, exceeded our expectations. Hosts were available and responsive.

The property was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the location was fantastic and the goodies were really appreciated! It was quite warm during our stay, so the fans and the summer duvet were really appreciated.
