Cozy Gastown condo with a view!

Very well appointed apartment with unexpected extras e.g. food in the cupboard, plenty of towels, pillows and even hand lotion. The apartment owner/manager responded to any communication promptly and thoughtfully e.g. when our flight from New York was significantly delayed she waited up to buzz us in. The apartment is very secure. The views are amazing. Very good wifi.

Great location, clean and nice layout

Such a comfortable and well maintained apartment! My husband, son and I had a wonderful 12 day holiday revisiting Vancouver and old friends over the Christmas season. Huge glass windows mean the apartment is flooded with light, and being on one of the upper floors means the view is quite spectacular looking out over the Downtown area. The apartment had all the amenities we needed - a well provisioned full kitchen so self catering was a breeze, new appliances including washer and dryer, good heating, lovely large and spotlessly clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. We also really appreciated that there were basic kitchen items in the cupboard like oil, stock, etc., and a supermarket and drug store only steps from the lobby. Trendy Water St cafes, restaurants and tourist spots are just around the corner and the train station and Sea Bus are a couple of blocks walk away. I would highly recommend this spot to friends and family visiting Vancouver.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is possibly useful to be aware that while this is a great apartment in a perfect central location, it is getting close to the downtown east side where the social problems of a big city like Vancouver become a bit more apparent. But we felt perfectly safe, even coming back to the apartment late.
