Great location right on the sea front. Easy parking. Nice 2 bed apartment at a good price. Had most utensils and pans etc
Workmen digging up outside at the back of the property so could not sit out or use the patio area. Noisy from 8 :30 till 6pm. Air con not in the main bedroom and the mattresses were hard. No bread knife or baking trays. Smoke alarms in a basket in pieces.

Le logement est pratique, bien équipé Il est vraiment bien situé dans Royan pour explorer la ville à pied, tout est à proximité ( plages, restaurants, commerces) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
