Luxury apartment with sea view and private pool at Santa Barbara Heights

Nice and quiet neighborhood, large and well-designed apartment with all necessary amenities for our family. Absolutely fabulous sea view from balcony. Walking trails on nearby hills to walk yourself or your dog in nature, not asphalt. Have to drive some distance to selection of shops or restaurants, but that's acceptable if you want quiet surroundings and rent a car for visiting Andalusian hotspots anyway. Unusually large parking lots (for southern Europe, I mean) under the building.

Communal pool closes 18:00 in the end of April? Getting back from daily activities and looking forward to jump into refreshing pool, just to realise that pool-boy has closed 15 minutes early ... does feel somewhat disappointing. OK, house rules and safety for children, but +25 C outside, sun is shining and sober adult can't jump into pool negates the value of having the communal pool. AC and hot water boiler need some servicing or even overhaul maintenance, as AC is just humming away and not cooling the rooms (maybe some seasonal setting I missed?) and water boiler had some issues as well. Considering cooler nights and not so hot days, we could get by, but with 30+C outside whole day and 25C at night, one would need working AC and a lots of hot water to wash 2 times a day.
