家族5人で2泊利用しましたが 清潔感があり広いし最高でした

This is a family type house with a balcony in neighbourhood area. To get here from funabashi station is just a walking distance. I book this area because it is near to the wholesale fresh market. As we love to cook so that's a bonus point. This house has a huge dining table with 6 chairs and can watch Netflix while having your meals. The kitchen complete with cooking stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, separated dustbin, basic cooking utensils, pots, pans and plenty of cup, bowls and plate. So we are more than happy to use There are two bedrooms. one room has a closet so easy to store your belongings. A play room for kids with futon bed, a separate room for laundry. Shower and toilet comes with basic toiletries. Provided clothes rack and drying hanger. Basically we are really happy to stay here. A complete family home. Clean and tidy. If coming again to tokyo will definitely book this place.

We got the 2nd floor unit and no lift. So if bringing huge luggage it can be a bit tricky. anyways it's just a few steps up so no big issue.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds for very good price. Walking distance to metro station. Quiet neighbourhood with 24h open market for grocery. Very happy to have chosen this place.

There is nothing really to complain about.
