Toll gelegen, gut organisiert und alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Es war nicht sauber genug für ein wohlfühlen. Schwierig die Dinge einwandfrei zu hinterlassen, wenn es an Lappen und Geschirrtuch fehlt. An der Kaffeemaschine habe ich mich verbrannt, weil sie nicht funktionierte. Sie ist auf der rechten Seite auch schon arg verbrannt. Es war mir zu viel Schimmel im Bad. Die Wollmäuse kann ich ignorieren, waren aber auch vorhanden.

the location is excellent — very central, safe (gated), and close to São Bento as well as Ribeira. Really in the middle of everything. Decent size flat and good internet For 1 or 2 nights max, in my view (i stayed 4)

Before I paid, I was told I could check in early, but after payment, the conditions changed and early check-in was refused. I waited at the gate for over an hour and saw nobody at all come in or out so the flat was available, the keys were in the box they just refused to share the code- when time finally came, I received the wrong access code and had to wait again — a frustrating and avoidable situation that i don't understand. It is quite poorly equipped in the kitchen, greasy dishes, and cupboards that left residue on my hands. It feels like cleaning is left to previous guests which doesnt work there. There is only one pan which cannot be used as it's all scratched. Would be great to add curtains ( no much privacy unless you close the shutters - have to chose between privacy or light), and fix the terrible noise insulation — you hear everything from neighbours above (including any water usage) and in the corridor. Also put a curtain on the window on top of the flat front door
