Terrazza Masini by Wonderful Italy

I liked the level of cleanliness and I liked the location because we were visiting family and they live in the next block so it was perfect for us. I liked the memory foam pillows and I found the bed comfortable. I liked how there were cleaning products and most cleaning equipment provided. I liked the extra space on the balcony even if it was too hot to be outside.

At first they forgot to make the second bed so we had to wait for the cleaners to come back and do it. The ac unit is just outside the bedroom so if you want to sleep with the door shut, you won't get the cooling. The bedroom doesn't cool down easily even with the door open. I requested a fan to move the cool air into the bedroom but they didn't provide one. They just said that it's clear from the pictures where the ac is. I would have liked to be given kitchen towels to use in the kitchen, not just paper towels and some binbags. We were asked to take the bins down, referring to the instructions book, but we didn't get this book or any explanation about how the bins work. The road is very noisy but there's nothing you can do about that.

Nice apartment on a great location, newer building, close to the historical center, free parking in the shared garage, big terrace with nice views on the city

A little bit difficult to enter the garage and complex, I asked for the two beds in advance and there was only one bed prepared, the level of cleanliness could be higher

La struttura molto comoda, pulita e attrezzata.

Per il prezzo pagato non è stato consegnato nemmeno un ricambio di asciugamani per 3 notti, a parte il caffè nessun altro confort quale tè/tisane. Nessuna tenda e serranda rotta, molta luce di prima mattina che non fa dormire.
