Love the location, the view u get. The comfy mattress. Super in love with the morning view. U could actually get breakfast just walking distance to Benjamin Residence. Spacious can fit about 10 people i would say.
The toilet was moldy. The shampoo rack was rusty and was peeling. It was very dangerous if anyone were to accidentally cut themselves. It was falling with rust. Both toilets are only on the 1st floor. For those sleeping upstairs had to climb up and down thru the steep and narrow steps. The shower heater also had a problem even how many times u try to adjust them. Either it gets too hot or too cold.

Fantastic homestay . Everything was excellent in this place. Fantastic location just in front of Mount Kinabalu. Easy check in . Good and nice restaurants downstairs nearby.
