Location. Having a balcony.

Small fridge. Would have liked a toaster to make a simple breakfast. The breakfast downstairs was double the price for Airbnb. Although unavoidable the noise from the building site was horrendous and intrusive.

It is along the Jalan Gaya, so location is good. A stone throw away from a big supermarket and the Jesselton Guay.

It’s dirty. The air-con filters are so dusty that looking like they haven’t been cleaned for long time. We actually washed all the filters for three air-con to have peace of mind. The exhaust fans are dirty too, but they are too high for us to reach. Surface of furniture and lamps are dusty. Some lights are not working properly. We heard nothing from the management after we paid, even when I requested some info on checking in. The only contact is at the check in time, when we were standing at the condo building. They WhatsApp us about the check in method, that’s all. After that they do not reply our message on luggage storage. In fact the hardware of the condo is not bad, just the management is far from OK. Won’t recommend.
