Villa Vanilla Gili Air

Nice and private, and the pool was great addition.

Water stopped working a couple of times during my stay but staff were quick to respond and get it back up and running. Nearby construction did make it quite noisy and dusty during the day. Stairs to the bedroom are quite steep so something to keep in mind for guests who may struggle with this. Breakfast was quite different to what is pictured in the listing.

The location is fantastic, very short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Villa was comfortable for 2 people, pool is fantastic. The breakfast delivery each morning is yum! Bikes provided is super handy not having to worry about hiring.

The stairs are quite skinny & steep. No dramas for us but something to beware of if your unsteady on the feet. We did keep our suitcases downstairs.

A stunning property less than 3mins away from the beach, lovely local restraints and bars and all the amenities you could need on a small island. Check in was smooth and efficient and staff were lovely.

A perfect property for couples or solo travels, surrounded by locals, it felt very safe

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vanilla Gili Air. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was excellent peaceful but still close to the beach, restaurants, and everything on the island. They provide also two bicycle so you can do an island tour. Overall we recommend this villa to stay in Gili air and enjoy your holiday.

Since you’re surrounded by nature, expect a few mosquitoes and occasional noise from small animals on the roof outside at night. It didn’t bother us much. The only thing that could be improved is maybe adding better cooling in the living room.
