Both the front and back gardens are lush and create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The street is quiet, contributing to a peaceful stay. Transport access is straightforward, reaching the nearest train station takes only about five minutes on foot. For groceries and daily essentials, Linfield is just one stop away and offers Coles, IGA, and Harris Farm, making shopping simple and efficient.

While the property has several strengths, the rooms would greatly benefit from the installation of air‑conditioning. During periods of extreme Australian heat and humidity, staying indoors becomes uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy without proper cooling. Due to extreme heat in room my satisfaction dropped to 2 out of 4 and for facilities 3 out of 4 and value for money 3 out of 4. Cleanliness is generally maintained, but attention to detail could be improved. Several cigarette butts were found under the shelves, an area understandably easy for cleaners to miss, yet important for ensuring a fully hygienic environment for future guests.
