Cozy Single Room - Nearby Station & Olympic Park - Shared Bathroom

It suited what I needed - I was looking for just a roof over my head and a secure place to leave my stuff during the day, at a reasonable price, so this was perfect. Just five rooms, each with a keypad code to enter for each occupant, so my stuff was secure, and two bathrooms, so I never had to queue. The other people staying there were all good. Some there for a few days, some for weeks or months. Very short walk (4 mins) to the train station, had no problem parking in the street. Certainly cosy, just 2m by 2.5m (I paced it), but enough room for me. A chair and a desk to work at.

I had no issues except the overhead light was dim (probably an old compact fluoro) - desk light was fine - and there was a bit of a hole in the insect screen. I reported them and I'm assured they'll be sorted out by the time you come to visit! It gets the sun during the day, so it'll be nice in winter but warm in summer (the other rooms don't get this). I just worked away downstairs in the kitchen when it was a hot day (in October), and the temp there was fine.

Location & cost though not the greatest place. Trying to do it cheaply for one night.

Ridiculous check in time of 4pm with all the reasoning of lots of rooms to clean! That’s not my problem but it caused problems! (Maybe more cleaning staff required?) When I entered my unlocked room, i was very doubtful there had been any cleaning of the floor. There was a long supermarket docket on the floor & a coin! Bed was quite hard.
