Canyons Edge is a beautiful vacation rental in Hurricane, Utah, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and fun amidst Southern Utah’s outdoor adventures. This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests and features three bedrooms—two with ensuite bathrooms and a private balcony. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy indoor fire table, and plenty of entertainment with shuffleboard, ping pong, basketball shoot-out, a Nintendo Switch, and card games.

For larger groups or families, you can also reserve the unit next door—Sundance Edge—for even more space and double the fun.

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities, including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.

We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!

Current Resort Amenity Availability: From August 13–September 7, the waterpark and beach house are open Monday–Thursday from 10 AM–9 PM, with 10 AM–4 PM reserved for in-house guests only (no lifeguards, big slides, or surf) and the full park open to the general public from 4 PM–9 PM. Fridays are open 10 AM–7 PM, with in-house guest-only access from 10 AM–1 PM and the full park open to the general public from 1 PM–7 PM. Saturdays and Sundays are open to the general public from 10 AM–7 PM. September 7 is the final day of the public season.

From September 8–October 31, the beach house and waterpark are open to in-house guests only from 10 AM–7 PM, with surf and the big slides available upon request with one day's notice. Beginning November 1 through Spring Break season, the beach house is open to in-house guests only from 10 AM–6 PM, with hot tubs available in the waterpark. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
