Please note that the Pecan Valley Resort waterpark and several amenities are currently limited and are expected to be fully available by the end of May.
The resort itself remains open, and the following amenities are currently available:
• Figure-8 hot tub
• Surf machine (open daily from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
• Golf simulators ($20/hour per simulator)
• On-site restaurant and bar (open Thursday–Sunday)
Resort amenities, hours, and availability are managed directly by Pecan Valley Resort and may change based on weather, maintenance, or operational needs.
By booking, guests acknowledge that waterpark access and certain amenities may be unavailable during this time. Refunds will not be issued based on amenity availability.

This was a beautiful new home stocked with every single thing imaginable that you might need during a stay away from home. We stayed here over Thanksgiving and were so comfortable, with lots of room to spread out, nice large bedrooms and loved the hot tub!! It will be especially nice when there are dining establishments closer to the house, as the neighborhood continues to build. We would highly recommend staying here!
