Private Poolside Guesthouse Suite! Prime Location!

Quiet neighborhood, very convenient, clean property inside and out! Has all the basic needs. You do have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, but we didn’t mind! We also appreciated the filtered water in the fridge and complementary bottle of wine! We door dashed meals as needed for when we didn’t want to leave! The pool was so nice!

The pool umbrella is totally broken - but I messaged the property and they were super responsive.

Absolutely everything was perfect. I’m always skeptical staying in a guesthouse, especially because I come and go at strange hours (horse show things) but I was absolutely delighted with this choice. It was SO CLEAN. And absolutely adorable. I have never stayed anywhere that put so much thought and detail into everything. There was a cute note with wine and two glasses ready. Purified water in the fridge. Towels laid out ready for use. All the toiletries and cleaning supplies you’d need. The decor was so cute. The house directions and reminders were incredibly helpful. Overall, my absolute favorite rental I’ve ever stayed in.

I booked this house for a show at HITS. So it was a 30-40 minute drive every day. But that’s the sacrifice you have to make for absolute comfort. It was incredibly close to downtown and shopping, so it was worth it!

Easy Entry to Guest House via touch key pad. Terrific communication with Host! Location is quiet and close to many of the natural springs in central Florida. Nice updated furniture and very comfortable. Lot's of natural light. Pool would be refreshing in the warmer months.

The kitchenette facilities are limited. There are some dishes and utensils provided, fridge and microwave, but no sink other than the bathroom for washing dishes. Pool pump at the back patio door is quite loud and ran 24/7.
