We had a wonderful stay at this house! The home was extremely clean, super cute, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and the host provided all the information we needed ahead of time, which made check-in and our stay so easy and stress-free. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Traveling with our elderly mother, we reached out to the Host to ask if we could check in 50 mins early. The check in time of 4pm is too late and most VRBO's are 3pm. We were ignored for over an hour both text, VRBO message and phone calls. So we went to the house after 4pm and saw the cleaning crew was still there. They told us they weren't done and we needed to come back. This was now 15 minutes PAST the 4pm check in time. The Host never sent the door code even past the check in time which is why we drove to the house. So we told the cleaners we were coming in regardless of them being done. We were exhausted from a very long trip and had already driven around for over an hour waiting to get in. Then In order to get some privacy and have them leave earlier we had to agree to finish laundry and remake one of the beds ourselves. There really is no excuse for this. The check in time was too late as it was and then to be ignored for over an hour when check in instructions should have been sent before check in. Then to have to sit in a house while it is finished being cleaned is unacceptable. The home was clean and as described. We were just very upset at the debacle of the check in process.
