About this apartment rental
This three bedroom apartment is the lower level of the historic Nash House. This colonial revival style home was built in 1891. It is named for Charles Nash, who was the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Ocala. The home was sold a year later for $4,100.
The three bedroom apartment is the first floor of the Nash Home. The apartment is about 1,500 square feet contains its own private entrance, very large kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, living room, laundry room, and a private back deck.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with topper under a chandelier, closet, sound machine, smart TV, iron and ironing board along with an extra pillows and blanket.
The bathroom features a vanity, a shower with a rain shower head, and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The second bedroom features a queen sized poster bed under a chandelier, armoire, sound machine, full length mirror, and an extra pillow and blanket.
The third bedroom is in the loft with its own private staircase, featuring a queen sized bed, dresser, and ceiling fan, along with an extra pillow and blanket.
The kitchen features a stove, a microwave, a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, a large kitchen bar to dine at, and essentials like salt/pepper, oil, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. We do include a welcome gift of pastries to get you started on your first morning.
There is a desk in the kitchen to use as a workspace if needed.
There is also a laundry room in the apartment for guests to utilize complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
The large Living room offers a smart TV, two couches, and a ceiling fan.
The TV is a smart TV so bring along your login information for Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku.
The front deck offers two rocking chairs and two bikes to enjoy. The back deck offers a gas grill, outdoor dining table, a gas firepit, and outdoor furniture. There is a small private deck off the kitchen of the apartment along with a small fenced in yard. There is parking on the single lane driveway.
**We offer one of the most affordable rates for a three bedroom within walking distance to the downtown restaurants/bars, shops, and entertainment.
**There is no pet fee, no additional person fee, only a $85 cleaning fee. Guests are not asked to do laundry/cleaning etc. as housekeepers will take care of it upon check out. Each apartment is cleaned by professional housekeepers who are paid by the cleaning fee with no markup for the owner.
**We offer great discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

If you want a place to stay that has legit air conditioning, do not stay here. That ac cant keep up and that is even with it not being the middle of summer yet. My 70 year old parents were even hot and they live in florida year round.
