Experience historic charm and modern comfort at the Nash House, a spacious three-bedroom apartment in a beautiful Colonial Revival home built in 1891. Once home to Charles Nash, the first Baptist Church pastor of Ocala, this inviting 1,500-square-foot retreat blends history, character, and convenience. Located in Ocala’s historic district, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Your Private Apartment
Enjoy your own private entrance, three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and private back deck. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed. All bedrooms include comfortable bedding, extra pillows and blankets, and thoughtful touches for a relaxing stay.
Everything You Need
The spacious kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and everyday cooking essentials. Gather around the large kitchen bar or use the desk as a convenient workspace. A private laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets makes longer stays easy. The living room features two couches, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
Outdoor Relaxation
Enjoy the front deck with rocking chairs and bicycles, or unwind on the back deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, gas firepit, and outdoor furniture. A small fenced yard and private side deck provide additional outdoor space.

Property was a lifesaver, as we found it in a hurry after a previous one canceled on us the day we were to arrive. This one was meant to be. Gorgeous old house, very interesting room setup, comfortable beds and couches and full kitchen. Location is very good, with downtown Ocala square only about a 10 minute walk. Best of all was the communication with the host. From the onset when we were scrambling to get a replacement rental to the day we left, they were extremely responsive and helpful. Probably the best we have experienced. The only negative I have to say is there is only 1 bathroom. We are a family of 5 with 3 adult women. Needless to say my son and I did a lot of waiting for our turn!

The house was clean and had great space for what we were staying for. The host had great communication with me. Would definitely stay again!

If you want a place to stay that has legit air conditioning, do not stay here. That ac cant keep up and that is even with it not being the middle of summer yet. My 70 year old parents were even hot and they live in florida year round.
