Struttura adatta a famiglie. Zona residenziale elegante e silenziosa. La signora ci ha fatto trovare tutte l'occorrente per poter iniziare la vacanza nel migliore dei modi riservando un'attenzione particolare ai miei bambini. È stata super. Vivamente consigliato!

Elvira è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La struttura pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione tranquilla e vicina al mare .

- this is not a villa. This is an apartment on the basement-like floor (-0.5 level) of the villa. The owner lives above - it's not "beachfront" as said on Booking. it's close to the seaside, but good 15 minutes from nearest beach which is not being cleaned and is very small. Beaches in the area are located by the motorway - very noisy. Very close to the 8-lane motorway. Missed that initially, read other reviews saying it was really quiet - this is not true, you can hear road everywhere outside and inside of the apartment - very loud water pump: when you turn on water anywhere in the apartment (and in the owner's apartment seemingly) the pump turns on with very loud noise - water heater is very small, maybe 30 liters - it's not meant for 6 people. When we arrived, there wasn't enough warm water for even 1 person to shower. We set the temperature up, but it was still enough for 2 people max in a row - apartment smelled like sewers almost all the time, smell came from both bathrooms - black mold on the wall of one of the bedrooms. Overall humid inside - some basic necessities were missing, like a dishwashing sponge. When I asked the owner about the dishwashing stuff, she said that we had to provide that ourselves. Lack of some of the kitchenware, no salt. No garbage bags - only two toilet paper rolls for 6 people for 3 nights/4 days - we ran out of hand soap on day 3 completely - there is a washing machine, but the drying rack is all rusty - there is a dishwasher, but it turns off when you leave the apartment; fortunately we found some capsules for the dishwasher in the kitchen, which owner didn't mention and said we had to provide ourselves - there is a barbecue, but no barbecue supplies - is it expected from guests to buy grill tongs/grill grate?
