Chalet Stella Makadi Aquapark, Private beach, wi-fi

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le chalet de Carine. Tout a été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre, très bien placé. Le gérant Ayman est très réactif si besoin. Le fait d’avoir accès au buffet de l’hôtel est très appréciable. Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants qui se sont régalés. Je recommande le chalet de Carine les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very nice and comfortable, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Carine was a very responsive and helpful host, and the manager Ayman was extremely supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. Staying in a resort that includes a hotel was a great experience, especially since we mainly used the all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

The open buffet was average and some of the hotel staff could be more welcoming, but this is unrelated to the chalet itself and is just a small note for future guests.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, konnten wir jederzeit den Manager kontaktieren, der sehr reaktionsschnell war. Der Pool war sauber und die Umgebung gepflegt. Wir können das Carine Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Carine war immer freundlich und gut erreichbar, wenn wir vor der Buchung Fragen hatten. Es gab WLAN, das gut funktionierte, sowie viele Ausstattungen wie ein Informationsheft, Taucherbrillen, Badetücher, einen Wäscheständer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Wir konnten unsere Mahlzeiten und Einkäufe über eine App bestellen, was sehr gut funktionierte.

Es gab keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber die Lieferdienste funktionierten sehr gut, und um in die Stadt Hurghada zu gelangen, haben wir Uber oder Taxis genutzt, was günstig war.

The property host was very welcoming and everything that we asked for he did his best to help. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Pool for the apartments is very close.

The outside of the building and the area immediately surrounding the apartment is a disgrace. On first appearance, and luckily it was dark when we arrived, I would have refused to stay there. The window frames and glass at the property are grubby, items under the kitchen sink looked like they had been there 20 years and were disgustingly filthy. One of the kitchen drawers was full of old tools, screws etc. Not something you expect to find in a holiday apartment. It must be 1 mile at least to the exit of the complex and if you manage to walk that far you wont find a single shop or restaurant outside. No loungers or shade around the pool. We requested 2 and were given very old, painted and partly broken ones. No cushions so the next day we were brought 2, mouldy and torn. The next day we were brought an old umbrella but never used it because nobody came to move the concrete base for us. We only used the hotel pool once as it is a fair walk from the apartment. We ate one night at the hotel a la carte Italian restaurant. This was far from a la carte and many moons away from tasting anything like Italian food. If the a la carte was so bad, I dread to think what the regular restaurant food was like! I only drink occasionally but even the lager was disgusting. The shops on site are ridiculously over priced so we got an uber to the nearst supermarket
