The apartment was very nice, but not spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed. The balcony was very nice with sun in the morning, perfect for breakfast. There was plenty of space to store everything. The bed was comfortable. Having a parking space is perfect, if the car fits....

A number of minor issues were somewhat annoying. We contacted the host in advance to make sure that our large car would fit in the parking space in the garage, including exact measures. He replied that the car would fit. Technically, the space was big enough. Realistically, it is close to impossible to actually maneuver the car into the space due other cars parking. We had to park the car elsewhere. As the parking spot was one of the primary reasons for choosing this apartment, we were disappointed. Other minor issues: no toilet paper on arrival. No table inside - you had to use the very small table and chairs from balcony inside, if the weather is bad, small shower towels and no suitable place to dry them.

The biggest issue is the bathroom: It has the size of a toilet. Ridiculously small. And almost no HOT water : 5 minutes! and enjoy cold showers. Neighbors with kids on upper floor are not respecting other’s privacy. ( kids screaming in hallways) Sofa length is very short. Towels are very thin and cheap. Extra wool blankets would have been appreciated. The owner or manager needs to adress those standards not met. I would have put a 8 without those issues of hot water, 5 minutes of hot water was totally unacceptable.
