Large selection of facilities such as a washing machine, microwave, iron etc. Location is very good with 2 train stations nearby, 15min walk from NAkano Broadway and some convientent stores nearby.
Property is slightly difficult for someone tall. Shower ceiling height is very low and requires to shower sitting down.

Amazing location, we couldn’t wish for a better choice to stay. Quiet cozy safe neighborhood with all amenities close. Space has all you need - including gadgets for hair, traveller scales, cutlery, etc. Rooms are tidy, lighting is cozy and ambient, and bathroom has powerful shower (no problems with hot water). Host Hikaru was very responsive, providing quick assistance on all stages of our stay. We couldn’t be more thankful to him. If we were to come back to Tokyo, we would most definitely stay here again.

Very clean little apartment, located in a calm neighbourhood not too far from Nakano train station and 2 other stations that get you to Shinjuku in ~30min. The host Hikaru san was super reactive and communication always on point. The apartment had all the necessities required and was perfect value for money. Highly recommend!
