Everything! It was comfy, cosy and in a scenic residential Tokyo-style neighbourhood close (10-15 min walk) to 3 metro stations, including Nakano which was a great area with restaurants, bars and a real local vibe. It also has a 7/11 just across the street and some nice cafes etc nearby. The room itself is compact and the space is well managed, even as a tall person I really enjoyed it. The balcony is a lovely addition and a great place to sit at night and look at the skyscrapers in the distance. As someone who usually wakes up at 5am, I couldn’t get out of this bed as it was so comfy and ended up waking up at 11am and sometimes later each day! The self-check in is also super easy! Every day we looked forward coming back to Nakano and this apartment. We will definitely stay again!

The bathroom may be considered small for some guests, however it was perfectly manageable for us.

Estaba muy bien conectado y equipado. Muy cómodo y práctico. Aunque estaria bien que mejoraran el cierre de la persiana para que no entre tanta luz.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was spacious enough for two people. The area is quiet, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven directly across the street. The laundromat in the basement is also convenient. We would book this accommodation again anytime. The quick communication with the owners deserves special mention. Although we never met in person, they were always reachable and very helpful.

A second chair (perhaps a folding chair) would have been nice, as we ate in the apartment. As it was, one person always had to sit on the bed. However, this wasn't a problem for us.
