Amazing 2bed Condo in Kissimmee near Disney - Mickey Sorcerer

We've travelled to Florida many times from the UK, so are familiar of what to expect, locations wise, apartment rentals etc. The resort itself is quite, very small pool, good security, far end of the 192 main route, apartmnet was clean with very good appliances.

We were very disappointed in the way that confusion arose over access to safe, which we belived to be standard (label on safe- please can previous guest clear code and leave safe open) we were accussed of amtemping to access a private safe ?, this was discussed very much with our hosts acting on behalf of the owners. I think more clarity is required by the hosts, it was not unreasonable for a guest to think that a safe inside the kitchen cupboard, is for them to use. Laundry flooded - A/C was fixed promptly. No tea towels, poor cooking materials, trays, scissors, pans etc. Very basic.
