A cozy, traditional Spanish house with easy access, impeccable cleanliness, and brand-new appliances. The front courtyard isn’t very large, but it offers the perfect setting for enjoying meals outdoors, surrounded by palm trees. Mornings here can be truly memorable, especially with a cup of coffee in hand! Close to the beach (a 6-minute walk) and all other urban amenities

A traditional little Spanish home, very peaceful location, parking, easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) into the town/marina area. Great having a washing machine. Nice outside front terrace. I actually extended my stay, and would stay again when visiting Santa Pola.
If you are into modern and millennial grey this isn't for you. You could say it is dated, but I like traditional, so this is not a negative for me at all, I loved the authenticity. Working in tourism, I just know what some people expect!!
