Bellavista Sul Mare

The unit was very clean, comfortable, it had everything you may need. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, not crowded time by the beach. The hosts are amazing, very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

Sea view was perfect. The landlord (and his family) are nice.

The bedroom is not very soundproof.

We felt welcome at the property from the moment we arrived in Palermo—the entire time of our stay, our hosts were helpful and responsive, and even able to manage our very, very limited Italian. The apartment has a very open feeling with a wonderful view of the Spiaggia Santa Maria beach. The beach is really close by, and was a great place to hang around and watch the sun rise. The surrounding neighborhood has a lot of character—excellent bakeries and gelatarias nearby. We were on bikes and had no problem getting there, and used both bikes and bus to get into Palermo. In fact, after traversing Palermo on bikes and foot—this seems like hands down the quietest and most enjoyable place to stay in the City! A real gem.

Nothing to dislike at all!

La proprietà è l’ideale per rilassarsi sul mare e sentire il rumore delle onde, inoltre la nuce naturale che proviene dalla cucina non è facile da replicare. La vicinanza alla spiaggia permette di fare regolari passeggiate sul mare con poco sforzo. Inoltre, i proprietari sono incredibilmente gentili, disponibili, e accomodanti.
