L’appartement était confortable et assez bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible. Tout était propre. Le parking sur place est également un vrai plus, et il peut être fermé le soir, ce qui est rassurant.
Le quartier est assez particulier, même si au final nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec le centre-ville, accessible en bus. Un supermarché Lidl se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied. En revanche, les voisins de palier étaient assez bruyants, parfois jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Le principal point négatif concerne la douche : il était difficile d’obtenir de l’eau chaude, et la température passait brusquement au froid en quelques secondes.

La casa è molto carina, curata, pulita e spaziosa. Il parcheggio condominiale molto comodo.
La zona è rumorosa purtroppo e poco curata.
