The property was much bigger than anticipated. It was absolutely beautifully decorated and furnished. The facilities were also helpful,

I didn’t like the small damages I found upon arrival after a holding deposit was taken for damages. I would have expected everything to be checked before our arrival. I also didn’t like that the cleaner had left another guests razor on top of the shower head and had missed dusting properly around the ceilings.

A fantastic property on the outskirts of Chelmsford in Galleywood, set within a quiet and well-kept residential area. From the moment I arrived, the flat felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully presented. It is beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated throughout, with a lovely balance of style and practicality that immediately made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped with full use of all appliances, which made the stay very convenient, especially for longer visits. Access to the property was extremely straightforward thanks to the lockbox, making both arrival and departure completely stress-free. There are only a few stairs up to the flat (no lift), which was not an issue at all. The building and surrounding area felt very safe, quiet, and secure throughout my stay. The location is ideal, peaceful and residential, yet still conveniently placed for accessing Chelmsford and nearby amenities. Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I will definitely stay again.

The only small suggestion I would make is that it would be nice if one of the bedrooms had a double or king-size bed, rather than both rooms having single beds. This won’t stop me from staying again, it’s purely a personal preference, but I think having both options would suit a wider range of guests.

A lovely apartment, comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. We had no problem parking on the road. We stayed at Christmas and found the radiators warmed the place up quickly. The milk and treats were very much appreciated! The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and all round good value, we hope to be back, thank you!
