This was a perfect home base. We landed in Florence and immediately felt like we were home. The neighborhood was lovely with restaurants and shops nearby.
Everything was just right. The only thing was that the wifi was a bit unreliable.

Wir wurden persönlich in Empfang genommen und durch die schöne und großzügig aufgeteilte Wohnung geführt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Rotwein vom eigenen Weingut der Besitzerin. Außerdem eine große Flasche Mineralwasser.
Kaffee, Tee, Olivenöl, Balsamico sowie Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker waren vorhanden - ausreichend für 5 Tage Aufenthalt.
Großartig ist die Terrasse im Innenhofbereich.
Haben da gern abends gesessen.
Außerdem konnten wir bis 11 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben (normal Check-Out bis 10 Uhr.) So paßte es zeitlich vorzüglich, da wir um 12 Uhr 36 von Florenz aus weiter nach Bozen gefahren sind.
Es gibt übrigens in direkter Nachbarschaft einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie eine Cafe-Bar, in dem man ausgezeichnet und günstig frühstücken kann. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Spremuta d' Arancia (frisch gepreßter Orangensaft).
Die Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren extrem weich. Für Kinder okay - für Erwachsene ungeeignet.
Wir haben uns beholfen, indem wir eine Matratze aus dem anderen Schlafzimmer ausgetauscht haben. Diese beiden Matratzen sind sehr gut. Vor Abreise alles wieder in den Originalzustand gebracht.

Emplacement idéal dans l’oltrarno. L’appartement au charme désuet est très grand et bien équipé! Le jardin-terrasse est un vrai plaisir, un petit havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, très réactive ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille.
Connexion wifi un peu faible, mais ce n’est pas très important.

Loved this quiet, first floor apartment in Oltrarno. Very handy for Palazzo Pitti and only ten minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Marina greeted us with an amazing complimentary bottle of local wine. The little garden is quiet and secluded and the apartment is very roomy with lots of space. We will be back. Top tip, the no 11 bus takes stops outside the place and runs to the railway station. Taxi was 18€
Neighbours were noisy but they left the day after we arrived.
