Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή 10 λεπτά περπάτημα απο το μετρό. Έχει σχετικά καλή θέα από το μπαλκόνι του. Ήταν καθαρό και έχει όλα τα βασικά για ένα πρωινό, καφέ, τσάι κλπ. Μικρό σχετικά ως δωμάτιο αλλά οκ για ένα δύο βράδια. Το μπάνιο όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και βοηθητικός.
Το μόνο αρνητικό, το γεγονός ότι η πολυκατοικία είναι πολύ παλιά και από ηχομόνωση μηδέν, ακούγεται το παραμικρό από τα διπλνά διαμερίσματα. Προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλήσαν τόσο, αλλά για κάποιους άλλους μπορεί να είναι βασικός παράγοντας.

Our stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was clean, very comfortable bed and the balcony was great for enjoying a glass of wine and admiring the view of the mountains and city. The owner was wonderful – he prepared a surprise for Valentine's Day and was very helpful. Excellent communication. I recommend it to everyone; it's worth it!!!

Πέμπτος όροφος (υπάρχει ασανσέρ) ο ήλιος βαράει στο μπαλκόνι από το πρωί. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!!!! Ανάμεσα σε γραμμές λεωφορείων που πάνε όπου θες.. άνω Πόλη, άνω Τούμπα, κέντρο παραλία . Κρυφός φωτισμός στο μπάνιο,στο δωμάτιο. Άνετο κρεβάτι.
Θα ήθελα να κλείνει το τζαμί στο μπάνιο,(υπάρχει σταθερό) γτ έπρεπε μετά από κάθε μπάνιο να κάνω κανένα σφουγγάρισμα για να είμαστε σωστοί.
