The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures. It is really small, but it can be ideal for 1–2 people. The host is kind, polite, and communicates properly. The place is genuinely well-equipped. There’s coffee, sugar, shower gel, an iron, a fully usable and functioning kitchen, etc, basically everything you might ever need. It’s close to both the bus and metro stations, but the seaside is also nearby, just a few minutes away on a comfortable walk. Shops, bars, and gyros places are all close as well. There’s even a laundry at the end of the small street. When I arrived, the weather was still cold, but there’s a really great electric heater that warms up the space quickly. It also has AC, but I didn't use it. In terms of value for money, it’s a perfectly reasonable choice.

For digital nomads, it’s worth considering the following: The armchairs in the apartment are completely unsuitable for sitting several hours a day if you actually want to do real work here. If you have back problems, you’ll have a hard time. It’s manageable for a few days, but very uncomfortable in the long run. (Before arriving, I mentioned my issue and asked the owner whether it would be possible to get any kind of simple chair with a backrest, but the response was evasive: I was told I can use freely the two armchairs already there.) Also, because of the room layout, neither armchair properly fits at the table unless you completely rearrange the furniture, which is far from ideal if you have spinal or back issues. The “fast WiFi” mentioned in the title refers to the cheapest internet package from the local provider: 30 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload. It’s perfectly fine for online meetings and coding, but if you work with larger files such as lots of images or big videos, it’s very slow. Overall, this doesn’t reduce the value of the accommodation that much, it’s just really frustrating because I specifically chose this place over others because of the digital nomad lifestyle. In my opinion, only three things are needed for a place to be called “heaven”: a good chair, a proper desk, and good internet.
