Kazinczy Inn Apartment & Balcony by FirstHost

On arrival we were worried about the location but it was actually very quiet.The apartment is a good size and very suitable for us (couple). There are many places to eat nearby. It was very easy to walk around the district.

The bed was not too comfortable & pillows could be better (one huge & one tiny) The shower screen needs a silicone strip to stop water going on the floor. We had to mop the floor after showers.

Vynikajúca poloha, super parkovanie, dobrý manažment ubytovania. Dobrá klimatizácia. Dobrý dojem z bytu a príjemné prostredie.

Úzka posteľ, ktorá je určená pre dve osoby. Pavučiny po stenách v spálni. Nefunkčné svietidlo nad jedálenským stolom aj kuchynským pultom.

Страхотен апартамент . Просторен , чист и на много удобно място. Има всичко необходимо за престоя ви.

The location is very close to everything, you can walk anywhere

The location listed on Booking is completely misleading—it takes you to a different street, not where the apartment is actually located. Nowhere is it mentioned that the apartment is in a pedestrian zone, meaning you cannot reach it by car. The garage is also in a pedestrian zone, and you cannot access it directly through Google Maps—you have to figure it out on your own. The host is extremely unprofessional, she made our arrival even more stressful, in the mail of the resservation it says that you can contact her 24/7. When we were unable to find the apartment and the garage, she didn’t answer her phone 5 times. Then, she sent us the same incorrect adress without offering any help or additional information. Super stressful, thank god we found someone on the street that speaks English that showed us the street. When we arrived, we were met by a drunk man who spoke zero English, so we had to communicate with him using hand gestures just to unlock the garage. There was no proper check-in assistance, though luckily we managed to get into the apartment by ourselves. The cleanliness was very poor: there was dust on the bathroom shelves, dirty dishes left in the kitchen, and no coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine. Not even a bottle of water was offered to welcome guests. The bed was very narrow (not uncomfortable, but much smaller than expected). In the living room, one couch was missing—on the pictures there are two, but in reality only one very small yellow couch was there, which is not suitable for two adults to sit on. There was also no hand soap provided at the sink—we only found a large one-liter bottle of liquid soap hidden under the sink. The bathroom shelves were rusty. Noise was another huge issue. At night it was extremely loud outside, we had to keep the windows open (for air), which made it impossible to sleep, but closing the windows meant unbearable heat.
