The host made the key collection and return really easy for the guests, and we really appreciate this! Host is very accomodating to early check-in request too. The apartment is cosy, bed is comfortable. We reqested for bedlinen for the sofa bed and we were provided a full set. The sofa bed is also comfortable. The microwave works fine. We didn't use the washer. The apartment is generally clean and has all the equipment and items we need. It's walking distance (approx 3-4min walk) to bakery, convenience stores, fruit stores, cafes, etc. Feels rather safe around the apartment. We faced no issues with the surrounding environment. Easy to get taxi too.
Nothing really negative to highlight - if need to mention small stuff, may be just to have an extra manual lock from the inside of apartment for extra security while sleeping. But it's not that we didn't feel safe, just good to have.
