The apartment was freshly cleaned, well furnished, and offered plenty of space. The kitchen and the bathroom were nicely equipped with everything you need for a stay with up to 4 people. There is a parking lot in the backyard where you can usually find a free parking space. Only on Erev Shabbat and during Shabbat itself parking can be difficult. We managed to find a free space, but if none are available, there are additional parking spots along HaRav Maimon Road, where parking is free during Shabbat. Walking to the nearest light rail station, He'Amal, is manageable (around 900 m). Communication with the host was easy, and she provided all the necessary information in advance conveniently via WhatsApp. We can definitely recommend this apartment!

4th floor and no lift - not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Also, 40 min walk to the sea.

Отличная квартира с приятной хозяйкой. Чисто, есть всё, что нужно для жизни, начиная от соли, сахара и подсолнечного масла и до блокнотов и игр для детей. Опрятная и удобная кухня со всем необходимым и всей техникой, есть где постирать и повесить бельё. Во дворе дома бесплатная парковка, всегда умудрялись найти место. Недалеко несколько отличных магазинов и остановка трамвая в километре, а до автобуса буквально 3 минуты. Район тихий, спальный, никаких громких ресторанов по ночам. An excellent apartment with a wonderful host. Flat was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from salt, sugar, and cooking oil to notebooks and games for children. The kitchen was tidy, well-equipped, and included all the necessary appliances. There were also convenient facilities for doing laundry and drying clothes. The building has free parking in the courtyard, and we always managed to find a parking space. There are several excellent grocery stores nearby, a tram stop about a kilometer away, and a bus stop just a three-minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with no noisy restaurants or nightlife to disturb your sleep.

Высокий этаж без лифта (нам было не проблема, но с маленькими детьми надо учитывать. The sea is a bit farther away, nearest beach about a 3 km walk from the apartment. The entrance to the building is not particularly attractive, but it felt completely safe. It also seemed that many of the residents were Russian-speaking. The apartment is on a high floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you're traveling with children or have heavy luggage.
