Местоположение. Чисто и уютно. Близко к старой Яффе и морю. Максимально комфортно организовано.

המיקום מצוין למי שצריך להיות ביפו, 8 דקות הליכה לנמל ולטיילת, שם מאוד יפה. בעל הבית היה זמין (בטלפון) ומאוד נחמד, מוכן לעזור בכל דבר. יש חניית אפר דקה הליכה מהמקום, זה מעולה כי החנייה בנמל ממש יקרה. המיטה נוחה. המקלחת טובה, אזור מבטח ושרותים ומקלחת הכל נראה חדש ומסודר. המחיר ממש זול - אין עוד אופציות באזור במחיר הזה.
החדר מאוד קטן (לא מתאים לאנשים עם קלוסטרופוביה!) אין רשת על החלון, וגם החלון נפתח אל מרפסת בו אנשים מעשנים, וכל העשן נכנס לחדר. אזור המקלחות והשירותים לא מספיק מאוורר (אין חלון במקלחת, שהוא תא מאוד קטן). ניקיון הרצפה בכל האזורים טעון שיפור.
