The location, it is quiet. The flat is big and well equipped.
The heating, it is only via the air conditioning unit. Whilst it works, it is not keeping the flat warm. The bathroom is heated via an infrared light. It was 5 degrés outside and I could not get a nice constant temperature.
I was also surprised to have to boost the water tank to get a shower. I think all of this is Ok when you live in the flat but not when you rent it out.

The appartament is located in the center of town,, very close to the sea. Upon entering it seems like the perfect appartament: you can see the sea from the windows, it is very comfortable and cozy. However..
However some essential things are missing: the shower was very cold even if we followed all the owner's instructions, the bed was dirty and we had to make it up with clean bedsheet that we found in the closet.
On the other hand the kitchen was well-equipped.
In conclusion I can say that it was a perfect place but without attention to costumer needs.

location super great view from living room/kitchen area of apartment
cold to begin with but expected this time of year soon heated up with heaters turned on - heavier duvet would have been a bonus

Great location, handy for promenade, pubs, cafes etc.
Water didn’t heat for shower but that may have been because the lights in kitchen had tripped and we didn’t realise that immediately.
