Comfy sofa. Dining table positioned with sea view.
We were advised to switch on the immersion for half an hour before taking a shower. Only problem was that the shower was then too hot to stand it, and temperature tap had no effect, so I had to wait until all the hot water had drained and quickly shower before it was too cold to stand it. Also unusual in the bathroom was the light switch which automatically turns on a bar heater (attached to the light) at the same time. That might be nice in the winter but is otherwise unnecessary.

Great location, handy for promenade, pubs, cafes etc.
Water didn’t heat for shower but that may have been because the lights in kitchen had tripped and we didn’t realise that immediately.
