Has a parking place inside in the yard. Really helpful and friendly owner.
The view is not the best but is still in a safe area. It felt a little bit (it didn't looked like) dirty and almost everything looked a bit used (old) in the apartment.

Die Lage war super, um die Stadt zu erkunden - zentral und dennoch leise. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der private Parkplatz war wirklich Gold wert. Ilva war super hilfsbereit und freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar; sie hat uns Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps gegeben.
Teile der Einrichtung sind nicht mehr besonders neu und daher abgenutzt oder wackelig. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt recht düster und eher schwer zu beheizen. Leider hatten wir ein paar Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, welches maximal lauwarm, aber nie heiß wurde. Das waren aber Kleinigkeiten, und für die Lage und den Preis war das alles völlig okay.
