Two Steps Apartments Tirana

When I read the reviews before booking, I honestly thought they sounded too good to be true. However, after staying for seven nights at the apartment, I would give it more than a 10 out of 10! I generally always choose hotels because I enjoy a tailored experience, but I couldn’t find anything I liked within walking distance of the town. Two Steps is literally in the heart of town, yet it is situated in a quieter area, so there is no noise or disturbance. The apartment has every facility you could possibly imagine, and the level of cleanliness is exceptional. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Marsela, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She provided what I would describe as a level of service that was even better than that of a five-star hotel. Communication with her was amazing -she was extremely respectful, caring, attentive, and genuinely could not do enough to ensure that we had the best possible experience. There were no cleaning products initially, but when we mentioned it, Marsela was more than happy to arrange for the housekeeper to come and clean the apartment, change the bedding and provided extra towels for no extra charge. The laundry and towels were incredibly fresh - you could genuinely smell the freshness of the detergent. Throughout our stay, Marsela constantly checked in and encouraged us to let her know if we needed anything at all. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care really made a difference. Our experience was honestly exceptional. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I loved absolutely everything, the only tiny thing I would point out is it would have been nice to have an extension lead as there was no charging point next to the sofa. However, this is me being extremely fussy.

Very comfortable stay, all as described (with washing machine) after we had been travelling needed to rest & recover. Host very prompt replies and helpful re taxi and video how to use key fob.

Had to show video to taxi driver how to get there, needed help with locals in building to use lift key fob but they were all very helpful & friendly.

It’s was very clean and spacious with wonderful views
