The room was clean, comfortable. The family was very warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The location was quiet and well-connected, perfect for exploring Southampton. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.
There was nothing I disliked during my stay. Everything met my expectations perfectly.

I love that it was quiet ,so I got great undisturbed sleep. The family were friendly and helpful. I liked that the car park space was off road and convenient. The tesco shop was nearby for getting food to use in the microwave which was useful. The location was perfect for me as I was on a training course which was walkable and saved costly parking charges.
The shower head just sprayed water everywhere as it was 90% to its support and couldn't be adjusted. There was no kettle , tea and coffee in the room, not a biggie but would have been nice.

The location is ok but I guess that Bitterne is not a busy town. Very good WiFi.
There is no television in the room and agreed it wasn't stated in the amenities. Things like mirror etc are missing and didn't find anything spectacular to justify the price.
