Nowhere near a luxury experience.

Convenient location. Downstairs reception are helpful, but are a separate entity from the private owners of the individual apartments.

Lots of hair found on top blanket. Amenities say "soundproof" but untrue, I was awoken by construction noise on multiple days. Host did not disclose in any messaging prior to my arrival that payment needs to be in cash. No information given on booking.com, hosts will only use whatsapp or viber to communicate. Upon my first time using the shower, the drain was completely clogged and the bathroom was flooded. They did not send someone to clean nor inspect it for a while so I took the time and used every single towel available to clean up the water, as I did not want to be liable for any damage. When they finally sent someone to fix it, they left all of the wet towels on the floor in a pile and did not replace any towels, so not a single towel was available for use for the remainder of my stay. Wet towels began to smell by the evening. When brought up, my concerns about the towels were not addressed. Hosts cancelled my booking without my consent for "administration".

Not worth it

Location

The gas heating did not work, and the two air-conditioning units produced little to no heat even at the highest setting, leaving the apartment very cold. There was also no heat in the bathroom, and only two towels were provided. Apartment is built very cheap, I suspected moldy too. Host didn’t reply to messages until few hours just before check in. Very little explanation in regards where things are located in apartment.

Deeply disappointing experience

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. The apartment is completely average and unimpressive.

The host’s behaviour was by far the worst part of the stay. Unprofessional and outright rude. Messages were answered after hours, and then suddenly a message arrived at 3:18 AM, which is completely unacceptable. At checkout, the host showed zero willingness to help with even the simplest request, and that is leaving our suitcases for a couple of hours. This is a standard courtesy almost everywhere today, but here it was dismissed without any care for the guests. The entrance of the building was also difficult to locate due to poorly written instructions. Inside, a constant unpleasant smell from the bathroom spreads throughout the room. No kitchen paper was provided. The pillows are terrible, and the equipment overall feels like the bare minimum. The Wi-Fi stopped working one evening and only came back the next morning. Individually, these issues might be tolerable, but combined with the host’s attitude, they made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic hospitality.

Everything was fantastic – the location, the service, the reception, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

It would be more convenient to have key chips for the entrance door, so guests don’t have to ring the bell and wait each time.

Ολοκαίνουργιο μεγάλο διαμέρισμα ανετότατο για τέσσερα άτομα, εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα έως και πλυντήριο και στεγνωτήριο. Καταπληκτική θέα σε κομβικό σημείο για όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Αν κάτι είναι λίγο πιο μακριά, τα δωρεάν ΜΜΜ σε πάνε παντού. Μεγάλο προτέρημα το άνετο υπόγειο parking

Ίσως τα μονά κρεββάτια είναι ένα κλικ κάτω από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι χωρίς όμως να προβληματίζουν

Lagan i jednostavan ulazak kao i boravak. Apartman cist, ima sve sto je potrebno od sudova do pegle. Prelep pogled sa terase i prozora. Krevet preudoban, internet super brz. Svaka preporuka za domacine i boravak. 10/10

Veoma lose iskustvo.

Apartman je realativno dobro ociscen, osim toga nema se sta pohvaliti.

Komunikacija sa onima koji treba da se brinu o gostima je otezana, odgovaraju posle 5-6 i vise sati ili ne odgovore uopste, salju poruke u 1 sat posle ponoci sto je van pameti. Iako sam zahtijevao karticu za ulazak u garazu i ulaz nisam je dobio, morao sam svaki put pregovarati sa polugluvim i bahatim obezbedjenjem da bi mi otvorili rampu, navoditi iznova i iznova sve detalje vezane za broj parkinga, stana, tablica, odgovarati na glupa i nelogicna pitanja itd. Namjestaj je neudoban, a jastuci tanki i jeftini, takodje nema ves masine i masine za sudove. Posto se stan nalazi odmah do bulevara, buka je konstantna, a izolacija slaba, tako da od odmora nema nista. Stan je takodje tesko zamraciti jer postoje samo tamne zavjese. Sve u svemu, jedno od vecih razocarenja otkad koristim ovu platformu.
