Súper caluroso, sobre todo en las plantas altas. Tuvimos también incidencias para lograr la clave de acceso. No proporcionó ningún tipo de consumible básico.

We had a wonderful stay at the house in Biar. The whole family felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The house is completely renovated, very well maintained, and equipped with almost everything you might need. Everything was clean, tidy, and in perfect condition, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The house is ideally located, with two supermarkets just 50 and 100 meters away where you can find everything at good prices, as well as a pharmacy only 100 meters away. Without a doubt, it’s a highly recommended place to enjoy a relaxing family stay. We would happily come back again.

It’s a three-story village house, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs, it may not be the best option. However, if you’re active or used to physical activity, this shouldn’t be a problem at all.

Large property over 3 floors with beautiful kitchen diner at the top. Seemed newly renovated with new fittings/ kitchen equipment. Convenient location in the centre of town. Note the stairs are stone and would be a problem for those with poor mobility, especially the narrow set to the top floor which lacks a rail. There is a large living room with a large storage area (cupboards) at the rear.

Our arrival instructions only arrived a couple of hours before check-in although we had asked for parking info as we planned to spend the whole day there. The instructions required us to click links and download an app to pay the deposit, which made us wonder if it was a scam. This was sorted out by a phone call. We had to pay a damage deposit which we hadn’t noticed in the main information in B.c. The renovation has kept what looks like original features in place. In some areas this works well (the kitchen is beautiful), but the tiles in the main bathroom and the peeling woodwork in both bathrooms looks shabby. If you want to cook, please be advised there are no staples such as salt and oil. The sink needs a bowl as the plug doesn’t retain water. The bathroom needs hooks to hang towels/clothes and no hand soap is provided. We found the lounge un-homely and would benefit from lamps rather than just bright ceiling lights. We found the kitchen diner a nicer place to sit so it’s a shame there are no lounge chairs there. We were there on a rainy October day and the property was cold. All these are small details which would greatly enhance the experience if addressed!
