La casa cueva tenía una temperatura estupenda. El agua de la piscina regulaba mucho la temperatura de la casa. Es una casa grande típica de pueblo y reformada.
Había bastantes bichillos pero es algo normal porque estás en las faldas del castillo y porque todas las plantas que hay en la casa son naturales.
