We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the location. The property is conveniently close to almost everything in Little Rock, which made getting around very easy. There was also plenty of space, which worked well for our group.

There were a few cleanliness issues that made us uneasy. We noticed hair on the bathroom towels, food left on the floor of the first bedroom on the right (chips), and food on the hallway bathroom floor. The sink in the main bedroom drained very slowly and eventually stopped draining altogether during our stay. Additionally, some of the bath towels did not appear clean. One face towel may have been clean but looked extremely dirty and should likely be replaced. There was also a dirty shower mat near the shower in the bathroom in the main bedroom. With improved cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be a much more comfortable stay.
