La posizione, l' indipendenza. Bellissimo il giardino esterno con il tavolino per poter bere qualcosa all' aperto.
Faceva un po' caldo nell' appartamento e i ventilatori aiutano, ma non risolvono quando le giornate sono torride. La colazione va rivista, perché ritengo che avete a disposizione del latte e dello yogurt sia basilare. Bene la marmellata, le fette biscottate e la macchina del caffè a cialde.

Ein originelles Häuschen mit Garten, Tischtennisplatte, einer Herdplatte, und Kaffeemaschine in erstaunlich ruhiger Lage mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Eine kleine, nette Bar ein paar Blocks weiter, auch ein Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt.
Alles bestens.
