Nice stay at a comfortable studio apartment 👍🏼

Small and cosy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Heating was on for our arrival. Great comms from property owner

Close to rail line, so trains go past the back of the apartment every so often,but a few seconds and they are gone. Not a big deal.

Wee Gem

Fantastic studio! It's located in a surprisingly quiet corner off one of the main roads through Aberdeen (with plenty of room for parking) which is absolutely perfect for getting in or out of the city with ease. It's exceptionally clean, cosy, and the bed is more comfortable than my own!

The bathroom is near the back door and was very cold compared to the main room, but a hot shower and the heated towel rack took the edge off. However, it was also the height of winter in Scotland lol - this wouldn't be any issue when booked in nicer weather! 😂

The Studio

The Studio, was good for the price I paid fully furnished with cooking, washing, heating and parking. The parking was advertised as free but it was street parking short walk from the utensils for cooking were only a spatula and a frying pan so I bought other items and left them for other guests to use good washing machine works well but no washing line to hang your clothes on so I bought a hang up cloths line to use and also left that for others to use plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the fridge and room for the beer not a very big fridge could have been larger only suitable for one or two people overal a nice stay there plenty of takeaway and groceries shops near by with public transport a shot walk away and only 15 minutes from the airport I would say its not for everyone it's not a 5star hotel but I found it suitable for my needs.

The hot water was not very good in the shower or in the wash hand basin had a heating pump not very good toilet was tucked behind the door opening the heating took a good day to worm up the studio I was there in November and it was freezing would have been good if the heating was on before my arrival. There must have been some renovations going on before I arrived as the paint on the bathroom door was flaking off, and there was a tap measure and screw driver I found on the floor when I was cleaning so I put them in the tv unit. The washing machine works very well, but there is no washing line to hang them on, so I bought one and left it there for others to use the only item I could not work out was the tv no stations but my Naz sent me a link to use the movie channels as I love my tv needed something to watch. Naz and her husband were very good. any issues, and they came round and sorted it out.

The studio is very cozy, had a nice walk near the river.

La gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha aiutato nella gestione del nostro viaggio con l’allerta meteo. La struttura accogliente e completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici.

Abbiamo sentito un po’ di freddo quando non ci siamo accorti che la corrente era saltata. Se ci dovesse essere neve e ghiaccio vi consigliamo di parcheggiare sulla via principale perché su quella strada non passano gli spazzaneve.
