Location is super, centrally located, close to all transport means. The street is quiet. The flat is fully equipped with all you need, very clean. Small balcony is an advantage for smokers. All in all, very comfortable, we can highly recommend this place.

L'équipement est total, comme à la maison. Venez avec brosse à dents et dentifrice ça suffira. La literie est très confortable, les finitions parfaitement conformes aux photos. La conciergerie est aux petits soins pour faciliter votre séjour. Le petit balcon permet de prendre un verre à l'air libre. Le quartier est calme et permet d'accéder à tous les monuments et zone touristique en 25 minutes maximum à pied. J'y retournerai sans hésiter avec ce rapport qualité prix.
L'isolation phonique est insuffisante, on entend la voisine parler dans la chambre et les bruits de meubles, il n'y a pas de vue dégagée, raison pour laquelle il y a une banne qui descend très bas sur le balcon. Malgré tout, je pense que c'est le cas de la très grande majorité des appartements d'Athènes. Attention ça n'est pas insupportable, c'est juste gênant à certains moments.
