Sophisticated Family House With Acropolis View

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön und Alles ist sehr komfortabel.

Das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche/Badewanne ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung wäre schön.

The property is well located to the Acropolis, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. It is well equipped for self catering and comfortable.

The shower was a bit tight for a larger person such as myself, although I managed.

Brak ogrzewania w łazience jest bardzo odczuwalne w okresie zimowym. Dodatkowo łazienka jest stara brak oddzielnego prysznica będzie odczuwalna i uciążliwa, łazienka jest ciasna, zatkany odpływ wody spod wanny. Z powodu braku ciągłego ogrzewania w mieszkaniu zwłaszcza na przedpokoju czuć zapach stęchlizny , wilgoci. Na klatce czuć zapach oleju chyba ze starej kotłowni

It's a joy to have a view of the Acropolis while in Greece. We enjoyed it from the sofa through the window, and partially from the deck.

This entire building is rentals. All 5 units share one 8 Mbps internet connection, which means inadequate service to stream or video call. Owner called me a liar even after I provided screen shots of speed tests. Owner swears no better service is available, but the restaurant downstairs has 100+ Mbps service. Ground floor is 24 hour motorcycle access with loud garage doors. Rooms are furnished with uncomfortable antique furniture. Bedsprings in double bed dig in. Sticky kitchen cabinets have years of accumulated grease. This is what my mother would have called putting lipstick on a pig.
