Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön und Alles ist sehr komfortabel.
Das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche/Badewanne ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung wäre schön.

The property is well located to the Acropolis, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. It is well equipped for self catering and comfortable.
The shower was a bit tight for a larger person such as myself, although I managed.

Dobra lokalizacja, przestronne mieszkanie
Brak ogrzewania w łazience jest bardzo odczuwalne w okresie zimowym. Dodatkowo łazienka jest stara brak oddzielnego prysznica będzie odczuwalna i uciążliwa, łazienka jest ciasna, zatkany odpływ wody spod wanny. Z powodu braku ciągłego ogrzewania w mieszkaniu zwłaszcza na przedpokoju czuć zapach stęchlizny , wilgoci. Na klatce czuć zapach oleju chyba ze starej kotłowni

it’s a big and clean apartment with a nice design. There was a new year tree also.
There was very very cold... especially for sleeping and working. we had to leave after one-day spending at the apartment because of that :( even the heater didn't help. also the stairs. we had a lot of bags and 1 big piece among them (23kg), so it was so hard to get to the 2nd floor.
