We loved this property! It was beautiful. A peaceful pretty location with views of forest and deer wandering right past the window. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with everything you need. It had a well equipped kitchen and there were lovely snacks provided which we appreciated! Yufuin town was a very quick drive down the road for wonderful shops and restaurants. The property was very easy to find and communication from the host was excellent. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

リビングの照明リモコンが反応しなかった。

天然温泉が素晴らしく良かった。

強いて言えば調味料がなかったことくらい。

室内は綺麗

布団の予備がない事。突発的に予約をしたが、子供布団について対応出来ず、自ら対応。 対応しようとする誠意がない。 対応が後手、確認が無く説明が適当。
