The staff are exceptionally friendly and their breakfasts are thoughtful, generous and delicious. I was very grateful for all the personal touches and excellent service. Excellent value for money in a beautiful secure estate where you can run along endless streams and ponds, stunning bird life. Very centrally located all the restaurants just around the corner at Silverstar and a delicious coffee shop at the Spar centre just before you enter the estate.
The need to get security codes can be frustrating to make sure that you get 2-3 each day depending on your needs and get them early in the day as networks can be unreliable.

The serenity of the area and the pool was excellent. The food was great.
There was no hand wash soap in the bathroom. The shashuka meal was small for 2 people.

The breakfast was cold.
No soap. When i asked for soap I was told I should have brought my own soap. I was then told if I want soap I must pay for it. I refuse to and the helper gave me the soap for free.
