Lovely, cosy chalet in a quiet, rural location.

Cosy and comfy, perfect for one woman and her dog. Parking outside and plenty of space nearby to walk the dog. It rained at night and I loved the sound of it falling on the roof. Plenty of towels, heating and hot water perfect. Handy for the A68.

A few things I missed, maybe because it was out of season. I bought hand soap and refuse bags to leave. I couldn’t get the TV to work, not a deal breaker. I would have liked a dirt trapping mat by the door or a mop. I felt guilty every time we came in from a muddy walk but did my best with my dog towel. There weren’t any cooking utensils, just pans, a small sharp knife would be good and oven gloves.

Warm and cosy! Great responsive host.

We arrived and it was -3 outside. Heating was on ready for us and it was so cosy! Slight problem with the TV but Ben (host) got straight back to us and resolved the problem straight away! Bed was comfy (good firm mattress) very hot powerful shower. Good location to visit Corbridge. Would recommend Amber Chinese (collection only) and Grants bakery is definitely worth a trip! If you are a Newcastle fan, visit the Blue Bell pub! You won’t be disappointed

Only thing I would recommend is a door mat (floor got slightly wet when we had been out for a walk) and more utensils for the kitchen. This wasn’t a problem and we still loved our stay.

Great value for money, very clean property in a nice location.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at The Tiny Tea Room, we enjoyed a nice relaxing evening away from city life. The property is small (it does not feel cramped) and has everything you need, the bed is extremely comfortable. The decor is stylish but not over the top. Host kindly left us some biscuits, fresh milk, tea etc. Everything was very clean, and it has an oven which appears to be brand new, fridge freezer in the cupboard which is a nice touch as well! towels were provided. Location is lovely and quiet with the Tyne river flowing just behind the property. Would highly recommend this property especially if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to relax! Oh and I almost forgot to mention the private parking which is appreciated!

There is genuinely nothing to dislike about this place! :)

Breakfast is not included, location was great, so too pet friendliness and and easy arrangements for access etc. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Quiet and tucked away just off the A68.

A few more cooking utensils so pots and pans can be used more easily!

Such a lovely night in the tiny with a great local pub and Hexham not far away! I have a feeling we’ll be back…

Lovely vibe in a brilliant setting - just perfect.

Hot water didn’t seem to work but we weren’t too bothered by that.
