    First we were provided a stinky room then we were asked to wait though the other room which was clean , when I asked that we can take this room which was the same size view n shit as of the same the paid the money for , the employee refused that the customer who has booked is to arrived and I was like why are you being bias we too are customers infact we have booked it beforehand paid the money through agoda then why the heck are you not giving us the room that is nice rather giving the stinky room and suggesting uss that he will send a room freshner The money I paid for was breakfast included he said bfast timings are 8:00 - 10:00 . A call came saying these are timing to which my fiance replied that we got late we were sleeping we ll be there a bit time , this much sense even a school kid going would also have , he called at 11 again for checkout to which I asked for asked and he said that that buffet is over you would need to payyyyy everybtothing is not always about money some people really gotta understand this ! Even the staff of this hotel wasn't even this courteous that would take our luggage to our rooms and drop back then to the car !!!!!!!

    Room was super clean, cozy bed and the view from the room was also nice. I had a little inconvenience as the room I was check into was smelly and asked the staff to change the room. And within 30min they changed my room. Overall i had a great experience.
